Return and Cancellation Policy

Damaged or undamaged product whose delivery is refused will be treated as a return and all restocking fees and shipping charges will apply.

All products to be returned after accepting delivery must be accompanied by a Product Return Number (PRN). Product returned without a PRN will be treated as a refused shipment and all restocking fees and shipping charges will apply.

You must contact Floormingo.com within 15 business days of accepting delivery for product return eligibility. Only full boxes can be returned.

All undamaged returned product (with a PRN) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of initial order. You must call Floormingo.com to cancel your order. DO NOT email order cancellations.

Damaged product is not susceptible to restocking fees once you obtain a PRN.

Contact your Floormingo representative for assistance on shipping your return product with a PRN.
