Shipping Information

We process orders upon receipt. Should you have additions, changes or alterations to your order, contact us promptly via phone 1-866-996-4646 or email info@floormingo.com and a Floormingo.com representative will assist you.

Floormingo.com finds the most efficient carrier for all home installation deliveries. Customers ordering material in bulk are urged to call to discuss the most cost efficient shipping methods.

Upon receiving your order you must:

  • Verify you received the correct product
  • Verify you received the correct amount of product
  • Verify your product is not damaged. This includes: damaged boxes, rounded edges, dented packing material or any other packing material mutilation

Damaged product or shortage of product must be noted on your delivery receipt and signed by you and the carrier at the time of delivery. Floormingo will not be responsible for any shortages or damage not noted on delivery receipt. Contact your Floormingo representative for assistance.

Customers should prepare for the following:

  • Drivers do not unload product unless previous arrangements with the carrier has been made by the customer. Additional fees will apply.
  • You must be available for delivery. For delivery at a specific time customer must contact carrier directly. Additional fees will apply.
  • Customer is responsible for removing product from truck and taking product into home. Customer can contact carrier directly for inside delivery options. Additional fees will apply.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Damaged or undamaged product whose delivery is refused will be treated as a return and all restocking fees and shipping charges will apply.

All products to be returned after accepting delivery must be accompanied by a Product Return Number (PRN). Product returned without a PRN will be treated as a refused shipment and all restocking fees and shipping charges will apply.

You must contact Floormingo.com within 15 business days of accepting delivery for product return eligibility. Only full boxes can be returned.

All undamaged returned product (with a PRN) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of initial order. You must call Floormingo.com to cancel your order. DO NOT email order cancellations.

Damaged product is not susceptible to restocking fees once you obtain a PRN.
